Post-Acute Care Certification (PAC-C) Renewal Fee

Eligibility Requirements:
1) Must be a Licensed Practical/Vocational or Registered Nurse to be granted PAC-C Certification status
2) Must have successfully completed all required 4 continuing education courses and within a 6-month time frame
NOTE: Once certified, you will need to retake the required courses and re-submit your certification registration application every 2 years if you wish to continue to be post-acute care certified. To renew your 2-year certification, you must complete each course again as the content is routinely updated to adhere to current healthcare standards. All courses must be completed within a 6-month period. Once each of the four courses is completed again, you can apply to have your certification renewed for another 2-year window.
If you choose not to pursue certification, you will still receive continuing education credit for the courses you have completed, but you will not be authorized to use the credentials PAC-C.
It will be your responsibility to ensure your certification is renewed prior to the end of each 2-year window. Your application will not automatically renew and you will not be sent a renewal reminder.
