Nursing ExCEL provides a systematic process for post-acute care facilities to evaluate their current practices and identify areas for improvement. As an organization comprised of experienced and knowledgeable experts in the post-acute care field, AAPACE guides the evaluation process through evidence based initiatives and the support a facility would need to achieve sustained results.
