The Association for the Advancement of Post-Acute Care Excellence (AAPACE) is a professional organization dedicated to improving patient, facility, and healthcare outcomes within the post-acute care arena through collaboration, education and advocacy.

As nurses make up at least 70% of the post-acute care workforce and nursing care is the greatest indicator of patient outcomes, we believe our mission can be achieved by strengthening and stabilizing the nursing workforce and advancing the nursing profession.
